FABULOUS, large 4 BR/3 bath home does NOT disappoint! It’s perfect for bachelorette trips, family gatherings or vacationing with friends. You will love the location in the HOT Grand Central District – lots of breweries & gourmet restaurants. It’s a short walk/scooter ride to the downtown and St. Pete Pier, Rays Baseball, museums, and much more! Plus, a quick drive to the beach and the Tampa airport. This house is what you want for a large family or lots of friends. We are pet-friendly.
Our urban city neighborhood is known for being walk-able to many awesome breweries, bars, restaurants, events and activities in the Grand Central District. There’s also mini golf, food trucks, axe throwing, and trivia nights in the neighborhood. You can easily walk, scooter or bike down Central Ave, enjoying the multitude of shops, bars and cafes/restaurants all the way down to the St. Pete Pier. We can’t forget to mention the beautiful beach is only 15 minutes away. Plenty of bike and scooter rentals for you just steps from our house.
Our house is a newer, large two-story that sleeps 10. We have a primary en-suite bedroom (king size bed) with a separate soaking tub and shower. There’s also an enormous walk in closet. The second floor also has two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed and another with 2 double beds) a second full hall bath and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The fourth bedroom (queen size bed) is on the main level next to the third full bath. If you intend to work, this room has a nice spacious desk and chair.
The family room (open to the kitchen) has a large screen tv and is not too far from the separate dining room that can easily seat 8. There’s a spacious backyard with a grill and a firepit under the pergola to enjoy after a night out…or to start your day off with a cup of coffee out back soaking up the St. Pete sunshine.
The house is located in the middle of the famous art and brewery district of St. Pete. There are tons of local breweries and cool coffee shops
as well as a number of hip and tasty restaurants all within walking distance. You can be assured you won’t run out of places to eat or drink or things to do right in the neighborhood.
However, if you prefer to cook, our kitchen is a chef’s dream! It’s bright, sunny and open with stainless steel appliances. Plus, we have all the pots/pans/cooking utensils and serve ware you would need for any dinner party. There’s a gas barbecue grill in the fenced in backyard, too.
This fabulous house is THE perfect spot for short getaways with friends and/or family OR a longer stay with everything at your finger tips.
